April Zazenkai
a one-day retreat for beginners
Led by Dan Zigmond
Saturday, April 16 – 9am - 4:30pm
Zazenkai is a full-day immersion into intensive, silent practice, a deeper meditation, a one-day retreat alternating periods of sitting mediation with walking meditation. This month’s Zazenkai led by Guiding Teacher Dan Zigmond is especially intended for beginners, although all are welcome. No prior meditation experience is required. Lunch and an afternoon dharma discussion round out the day. All are welcome to join us for all or part of the day.
REGISTRATION: This Zazenkai requires no registration. All you need do is show up! :)
COST: There is no fee for attending Saturday Zazenkai, which is freely offered, though dana (donations) are always appreciated, and may be made on our Donate page.
If you're thinking about attending a sesshin or extended retreat, Zazenkai is a wonderful way to discover the basics of intensive practice. Lunch will be served.
Please email or call (408-741-9562) for more information.
