Zazenkai

a one-day mini sesshin

Led by Mike Newhall

Saturday, April 1st – 9am - 4pm

Zazenkai is a full day immersion into intensive, silent practice, a deeper meditation, a one-day retreat alternating periods of sitting mediation with walking meditation. Lunch and an afternoon dharma discussion round out the day. All are welcome to join us for all or part of the day.

REGISTRATION: This Zazenkai requires no registration. We look forward to practicing with you!

COST: A suggested donation of $40 is appreciated and may be made on our Donate page or in person in our donation box.

If you're thinking about attending a sesshin or extended retreat, Zazenkai is a wonderful way to discover the basics of intensive practice. Lunch will be served.
