Zazenkai
a one-day retreat for beginners

Saturday, August 5th – 9am - 5:30pm
Zazenkai is a full-day immersion into intensive, silent practice, a deeper meditation, a one-day retreat alternating periods of sitting mediation with walking meditation. This month’s Zazenkai led by Guiding Teacher Dan Zigmond is especially intended for beginners, although all are welcome. No prior meditation experience is required. Lunch and an afternoon dharma discussion round out the day. All are welcome to join us for all or part of the day.

REGISTRATION: This Zazenkai requires no registration. We look forward to practicing with you!
COST: We ask for a $40 donation to cover the cost of the Zazenkai. Payment can be made via the donate button on our website or in person at our donation box. Lunch is provided.
