Zazenkai

Zazenkai

a one-day retreat

Saturday, February 4th — 9:30am–4pm

 
 

Zazenkai is a full-day immersion into intensive, silent practice, a deeper meditation, a one-day retreat alternating periods of sitting mediation with walking meditation. This month’s Zazenkai led by Guiding Teacher Guiding Teacher Carolyn Dille. All are welcome to join us for all or part of the day., but please arrive by 9am if you would like meditation instruction.

REGISTRATION: This Zazenkai requires no registration. All you need do is show up!

COST: There is no fee for attending Saturday Zazenkai, which is freely offered, though dana (donations) are always appreciated, and may be made on our Donate page.

If you're thinking about attending a sesshin or extended retreat, Zazenkai is a wonderful way to discover the basics of intensive practice. Lunch will be served.
