Anette is from Switzerland and is currently in the States on Zen Pilgrimage. She first encountered Zen in 2018 when she volunteered at Felsentor Zen Center in Switzerland and felt a deep resonance with the Zen practice and teachings. In 2020, she moved to Felsentor, where she lived, worked, and practiced for nearly two years. 

She is a dance and movement therapist in the field of mental health and trauma therapy. She continues to be deeply moved and fascinated by the healing aspects of the Dharma.

  2. Keep microphone muted unless speaking during discussion periods.
  3. Maintain zendo silence during meditation periods and while waiting for discussion period to begin.
  4. Keep camera on and maintain facial visibility during discussion period.
  5. Anonymous participation online will not be permitted, as it would not be permitted in person.
