AGENDA
At any Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors the following agenda items, in addition to such other items as the Board deems necessary, shall be considered:
(1) Call to order and introduction; and appointment of a facilitator.
(2) Minutes approval; The minuted of the Annual Meeting that was held in June will be presented by the Board Secretary, Hollis deLancey for Board approval.
(3) Reports (e.g., Treasurer, (as to the financial condition of Jikoji) Guiding Teacher(s) (as to matters related to practice) and Committees (as to each Committee’s area of responsibility);
(4) Discussion items: Proposed amendment to the Bylaws that allows the Board to create and dissolve both Standing Committees and Ad Hoc Committees. Currently, the creation of any new Standing Committee requires both approval by the Board and a bylaw amendment. Upon adoption, only Board approval will be required. Once adopted, the Board can consider adopting the proposed “Membership Committee” that was discussed and approved for adoption at the June meeting.
