Shuso Ceremony for Taizan Gendo Mark Adams
Join us for a Shuso Ceremony for Taizan Gendo Mark Adams, finalizing his Wild Country Zen Autumn 2020 Practice Period.
This Shuso Ceremony celebrates the community's practice together over this prolonged period. According to tradition, there is a question and answer period, where the Shuso, or Head Student, shows her understanding of practice gained over the Ango. All are welcome to participate by asking the Shuso, Taizan Gendo Mark Adams, a short question from the heart, which will be answered in kind. The Shuso Ceremony will take place at 11:40, after our Sunday morning sit and service.
