Priest Ordination
of Jennifer Setsuho Hohman

All Jikoji Sangha members are warmly invited to attend the Zen priest ordination of Jennifer Setsuho Hohman. The ordination ceremony, called “Shukke Tokudo,” will be conducted by Shoho Michael Newhall, and represents a formal deepening of commitment to a life of service in dedication to the three treasures – Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. We hope you can attend this beautiful tradition, which begins after the close of our week-long Denko-e Sesshin. A lunch reception will follow.
