JOIN EARLY FOR
MEDITATION INSTRUCTION
at 8:30am
June Zazenkai, an opportunity to sit with each other amidst the bells and sounds of Jikoji, a mini sesshin from the comfort of your home. It will be in a style similar to our Rohatsu sesshin - which means a lot of sitting and time for reflection.
If you are a beginner or would like a refresher, we’ll be offering meditation instruction and a short Introduction to Zazenkai forms starting at 8:30am.
The regular Zazenkai program will begin with Zazen at 9am.
We will be observing noble silence starting at 9am, with a discussion period at 1:50, and final remarks at 3:00 to round out the program.
You may join us for part of the program or the whole program. All are welcome!
