Nature Sesshin:
Deep Listening: In the Woods, In our Hearts

This sesshin will explore deep listening, in the woods and in our hearts. Being in the woods helps us feel connected and experience deeper connections.

Please bring appropriate clothing and shoes for walks and hiking. We will be entering spring, so it could still be chilly in the evenings and mornings.

Meals are provided.

REGISTRATION & FEES
Please use the registration button below to attend the Nature Sesshin and for overnight accommodations. For overnight accommodations, the fee is $85 per night, camping is $40 and day attendance is $40.

OUR PROGRAM
(subject to change)

Friday: Arrive and register 4 – 5:30, then evening program
Saturday: 5:30 wake up and 6:00 am zazen to start the day. Some zazen in the Zendo and some outdoors.
Sunday: 5:30 wake up and 6 am zazen with closing remarks at 7:30 am. Sunday program at 10 am and Eric's talk at 11:40.
