Notice is hereby given that the Annual meeting of the Jikoji Board of Directors will be held at Jikoji, 12100 Skyline Blvd., Los Gatos, CA 95033, on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at 2:00 pm. 

NOTE: To attend this Board meeting at Jikoji you must provide confirmation that you have completed a full course of coronavirus vaccination. Proof may be in the form of a photo or scan of your vaccination card and should please be submitted by the end of the day Friday, June 4. Please attach a photo or a scan confirming vaccination to an email and send it to: vaccineconfirmation@jikoji.org. This information will be kept private. (If you previously submitted this confirmation ahead of a prior visit, you need not do so again.)

No one will be allowed to attend without providing confirmation of coronavirus vaccination. The wearing of masks may also be required; if you do not have a mask we can provide you with one. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
