Art and Meditation Practice
~ Wellsprings ~
With Carolyn Dille
** ON ZOOM ONLY **
Friday, January 8, 2021 – Saturday, January 9, 2021
______________________________
The wellsprings of making art and meditating are always present. In this weekend, we’ll experience the ways creative expression is nurtured by meditation practice and meditation is refreshed by creative practice.
The program is suitable for artists, writers, and anyone who’d like to explore the joy of practicing with art and meditation together. We’ll focus on creating new art, continuing with art we have ongoing, or finding a new expressive form.
Our time together on Zoom will include meditation, movement, and sharing to help us sense directly the awareness and energy of the natural gifts of meditation and creativity. We’ll also have ample time away from Zoom to focus on our individual creative work. A detailed schedule and supplementary material will be provided to participants.
